Refund Policy

Last Viewed is device-bound software. Once a license is issued we do not refund because a master password or device key was lost. Those materials never leave your machine.

We will refund duplicate charges, merchant errors, a subscription cancelled before the first successful debit when no license was issued, and any reversal Australian consumer law requires.

Ongoing Digital Direct Debit renews until you cancel via [email protected]. Already-collected periods are not prorated unless the law requires it.
