Last Viewed is software from YPS Services LLC. You keep the master password, device binding, and backups. YPS cannot open a vault if those are lost.

The software is provided as is. Liability is limited to the amount paid for a license in the three months before a claim, or nothing if you paid nothing, to the extent the law allows.
